Janeen brings expert knowledge of SDA policy, rules, quality standards, design standards and state-based legislation, to collaborate with managers and teams to build and apply SDA knowledge within all levels of your organisation. Creating a seamless and high quality service experience for your clients, and enhance the confidence and job satisfaction of frontline staff.
Areas of focus for training may cover governance and policy, tenancy and property management, resident engagement and tenancy management, property management and modification, complaint-handling, incident management and reportable incidents, service agreements with SIL providers, emergency management and continuity of services.
Janeen also works with teams to prepare for and maintain certification as an SA provider within a quality management framework based on continuous improvement and client feedback.
