This workshop provides community housing workers with an introductory understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (RTA) in Victoria.
This workshop covers the legal and regulatory requirements of housing and tenancy management within Victoria including the duties and responsibilities of renters and rental providers, some of the key legal documents referred to in tenancy management and the legalities of key tenancy functions including rents, inspections and Tribunal.
