Founder and CEO
Jo is the founder and CEO at Big Picture Training. An award-winning customer experience influencer, Jo is known for her passion for service excellence and hearing the customer voice.
She has worked in the social-housing sector for more than 30 years, 20 of which have been in senior operational and leadership roles in both the UK and Australia. She has a broad and contemporary knowledge of the social-housing sector in both countries.
She holds an honours degree in housing studies from De Montfort University, a certificate in coaching and mentoring from the ILM, and a certificate in learning and development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK.
