Sasha is the Director and Founder of Framework Consulting, with over 15 years’ experience in the social and affordable housing sector. She has held senior roles in community housing organisations in NSW and Victoria spanning business development, tenancy management, compliance, service delivery and policy.
Sasha brings a deep understanding of operational practice and sector reform, with expertise in regulatory compliance, service improvement, rent management and tenancy sustainment. She also works closely with organisations to support strategic and sustainable growth by developing scalable service models, building partnerships and managing bids.
She holds a Master’s degree in Community and Not-for-Profit Management, a Bachelors degree in Community Welfare and is a certified Senior Housing Professional with the Australasian Housing Institute (SPAHIc), committed to building practical capability across the sector.
