About the Program
The Elevate Leadership Development programme is a dynamic and interactive training experience designed to empower emerging and aspiring leaders in the community housing, social housing and not-for-profit sectors. Grounded in behavioural science, the programme explores what it takes to lead with authenticity, empathy, and impact.
Through a blend of virtual workshops, self-directed learning, and reflective practice, participants will build the skills and confidence to lead people and performance in an ever-changing environment. This programme places strong emphasis on values-driven leadership, emotional intelligence, and creating inclusive, psychologically safe teams. Rooted in real-world challenges, Elevate equips leaders to think critically, communicate effectively, and support service excellence through resilient, people-focused leadership. The Elevate program is delivered through a social housing lens and is:
- Grounded in the reality of the sector and real workplace application
- It provides balance between learning the theory and putting it into practice
- It empowers you to turn your learning into successful outcomes and to champion empathetic and compassionate customer care
- CPD accredited so you can be sure that the materials have been scrutinised and met the required standards and benchmarks
Program Overview
This CPD accredited program is delivered through a mix of live-online learning, masterclasses, self-study, profiling, and work-based assignments. It includes individual one-to-one coaching/feedback sessions to help you understand your leadership style as well as how you can use your capabilities to make your workplace more agile and collaborative.
Each of the 4 modules are 3.5 hours and delivered live-online. The self-study, coaching and work-based assignments will be completed in your own time. You must complete all elements of the program to pass.
