How is it nearly August already?! July has flown by in a whirlwind of conversations, connections, and the kind of laughter that probably echoed a bit too loudly through Zoom calls.
We’ve been busy doing what we love most, supporting people, sharing knowledge, and making space for growth (with plenty of tea along the way ☕). Here’s a look at what’s been happening behind the scenes at Big Picture Training.

We’re thrilled to introduce our newest Associate in Australia, Sasha, Founder and Director of Framework Consulting.
With over 15 years of experience across the social and affordable housing sector in both NSW and Victoria, Sasha is a total powerhouse. She’s done it all, tenancy management, service delivery, policy, compliance, business development and she’s bringing all of that brilliance to Big Picture Training.
Sasha’s real gift lies in turning strategy into action. Whether it’s rent management, tenancy sustainment, regulatory compliance, or helping orgs scale for growth, she’s got it covered. Oh, and did we mention she’s a certified Senior Housing Professional with the Australasian Housing Institute? 🏆 We couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.

Ellie’s been down in a very chilly Melbourne with the brilliant crew at HousingFirst Ltd.
Two days of Case Notes and Record Keeping training flew by in a flurry of great questions, practical lightbulb moments, and plenty of belly laughs. It might’ve been cold outside, but the welcome inside was pure warmth. Thanks for having us!

Sheryl also had the pleasure of working with the awesome team at Liverty Housing, starting the roll out of the Tenancy Management in SDA training program. What a bunch! Enthusiastic, engaged, and full of heart. She’s looking forward to working with them over the next few weeks. 🤩

💛 700 Followers & a Little Happy Talk
We hit 700 followers on our socials and decided to celebrate the only way we know how, by “talking happy talk.” Because life’s too short for dry announcements, right? Truth be told, we had a bit of in-house fun counting down to that milestone, some lighthearted bets were made, a few happy dances happened, and yes, someone (me) may have shouted “refresh it again!” one too many times.
It’s the little wins like this that keep us smiling – and keep us feeling close, even though we’re miles apart. 🌍
